Return Process

  Log in to your Berravia account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging and include all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
